NextStep Wales is an early service designed to help people find possible sources of support.

What we store

You can use the support journey without an account. If you choose to save a plan, we store your selected answers, completed plan steps, the time it was saved and the account identifier supplied by our sign-in provider. We do not store passwords, uploaded documents or chat transcripts.

Feedback

If you submit feedback, we store whether the service was helpful, any optional comment and the time it was submitted. Please do not include personal, financial, health or account information in feedback comments.

How we use it

Saved plans are used only to let you return to your own plan. Feedback is used to improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
